Welcome to Race Day Events! By accessing our website and purchasing any of our driving experience packages, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
1. General Terms
Race Day Events offers luxury supercar driving experiences on selected dates.
All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years of age.
2. Driving Experience Eligibility
Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license (international licenses accepted).
All participants must be sober and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Race Day Events reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual deemed unfit to drive for safety reasons.
3. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.
Booking dates are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Experience vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled experience date are eligible for rescheduling at no extra cost.
Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another individual with prior notice.
Race Day Events reserves the right to reschedule events due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Affected clients will be offered alternative dates.
5. Gifting & Vouchers
Gift vouchers are redeemable for any available experience within the validity period.
Recipients can book their preferred driving date subject to availability.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
6. Experience Day Guidelines
All guests must arrive at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may forfeit part or all of the experience.
Each experience includes a check-in, safety briefing, and guided drive.
Additional drive sessions or upgrades (e.g., different cars or high-speed passenger laps) may be purchased on-site, subject to availability.
7. Email Communication & Mailing List
By booking an experience or purchasing a gift voucher, you agree to receive order confirmation emails, booking reminders, and event information related to your purchase.
You may also be automatically added to our mailing list to receive updates, promotions, and exclusive offers. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.
We respect your privacy. Your email address and personal information will never be shared or sold to third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
Race Day Events takes all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety. However, participation in driving experiences involves inherent risks.
By booking, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with high-performance driving activities.
Race Day Events and its partners will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation unless due to proven negligence.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and media, is the property of Race Day Events and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
10. Changes to Terms
Race Day Events reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
